Job Description

• Read and interpret prescriptions

• Translate and enter prescription information into computer system

• Maintain productivity and quality goals set forth by OptumRx

• Research additional information as necessary in various systems to complete required tasks

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Must function in accordance with standard, written procedures and guidelines

• May perform other business duties as assigned per business needs

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED

• Must have clear and active Pharm Tech license in the state of IL

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a pharmacy

• Strong organization skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Call center experience preferred

• Minimum typing speed - 35 wpm

Additional Information

Hours for this Position:

Monday – Friday 8 hour shift between 7am and 7pm

Pay Range:

$15-16.00
