TAKKT group is expanding its presence in Budapest, Hungary, to host the new European TAKKT Competence Center (TCC). This expansion means we will be hiring highly skilled experts in digital and future-focused competencies, ensuring that we remain competitive and customer-centric as we embrace new technologies, including AI.
As a vital member of our Supply Chain team, you won’t just manage existing workflows, you’ll help design and implement smarter, more efficient processes. We're looking for someone who’s eager to take an active role in automating operations and driving continuous improvement across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and refining process frameworks for tool-based determination of order quantities, ensuring optimal inventory levels and service performance
- Driving system optimization initiatives, with a focus on enhancing forecast accuracy and responsiveness to dynamic market conditions
- Maintaining and improving item and disposition data, including proactive adjustments to forecasting models
- Managing the end-to-end ordering process, including purchase order creation, delivery tracking, order confirmation checks, and supplier communication
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and Performance Management—to align processes and share insights
- Supporting the coordination of goods inflow, with a focus on maximizing transport efficiency and minimizing delays
- Taking ownership of adjacent processes, such as complaint handling and returns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, logistics or related field
- or a comparable qualification
- 4 to 6 years of experience in replenishment, disposition and / or inventory management --- preferably in a trading company
- Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and ability to work in a team
- High service orientation towards all interface functions
- Experience with ERP or demand planning tools is a plus (e.g., MS O365, MS Dynamics AX, SO 99+, Slim4, AS 400, WMS, Tableau, JIRA, etc.)
- Fluency in German and English is required
