Asistir en el registro y reembolso de Fondos de Caja Chica, administrándolos en conformidad con los Controles Internos de la Compañía y con los Procedimientos Contables y requerimientos de la Oficina Regional. Se revise, verifique y registre en el Sistema Prodis todos los Comprobantes de Ingreso (CI), Depósitos Bancarios (IB), corroborando la información del detalle de Facturas canceladas con el Área de facturación para su efectivo cruce.

Asistir en el proceso del Módulo de Bancos cumpliendo con todos los Controles Internos de la Compañía y con los Procedimientos Contables y requerimientos de la Oficina Regional.

Asistir en el proceso del Módulo de Cuentas por Pagar cumpliendo con todos los Controles Internos de la Compañía y con los Procedimientos Contables y requerimientos de la Oficina Regional.

Asistir en el proceso de toma física de Inventarios cumpliendo con todos los Controles Internos de la Compañía y con los Procedimientos Contables y requerimientos de la Oficina Regional.
