We are seeking a Logistics Optimization Intern to support our Vice President of Operations in driving strategic and operational projects. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performance analysis, process optimization, and last-mile project management. 

Responsibilities 

• Analyze delivery performance data, including KPIs, costs, lead times, and service quality. 

• Support the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership. 

• Assist in optimizing operational processes such as route monitoring, flow management, and SLA compliance. 

• Participate in researching and implementing innovative solutions, including new technologies, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, IT, finance) and external partners (carriers and vendors). 

• Stay informed on best practices in last-mile logistics. 

• The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders. 

Qualifications 

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field. 

• Proficient in Excel and Power BI. 

• Strong analytical skills with an eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvements. 

• Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive mindset. 

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
