1.     To carry out daily Picking and Packing for Customer, Inter-Department and Inter-Branch Transfer.

2.     To check and sort inbound order from branch and principal.

3.     To check, sort and binning of Stock Indent (sea-freight). Ensure to clear all in timely manner.

4.     To create location when necessary.

5.     To ensure location created for new parts numbers are brought to the attention of Parts Department for updating into AX System

6.     To carry out work of binning.

7.     To deliver Service orders to workshop and ensure recipients clear signature on authorized documents.

8.     To ensure parts return received (Customer or Service) are properly labeled with parts numbers and maintained in sealable condition.

9.     To handle the process of hose assemble by operating the CAT crimp machine.

10.  To report if found parts discrepancy or damages.

11.  To securely pack and label parts for shipment with appropriate shipping marks, measurement and consignee’s name and address as per PF invoice (Surplus Return/Reman Core Return to Singapore).

12.  To operate lift truck for loading and unloading.

13.  To handle Surplus return and Obsolete Dead Stock.

14.  To carry out Cat fluid & Powerlube weekly stock check.

15.  To assist on Reman Core Inspection and packing of worn core.

16.  To carry out stock count whenever required.

17.  To handle battery acid, fill the battery acid whenever is required.

18.  Familiarize with all warehouse processes and able to attend any task within warehouse job scope.  

19. Housekeeping in warehouse - To ensure warehouse is swept and rubbish disposed daily and observation of general cleanliness in warehouse.
