Position Summary:
Grant funded position responsible for collaborating with the various departments at the college to support and enhance early childhood and community initiatives. Provide on-site coaching for early childhood programs countywide. Develop lessons to implement in classrooms to enhance learning outcomes. Provide monthly trainings to participants that align to program objectives. Collaborates with staff to develop programming, training, and outreach activities to infusion of developmentally appropriate teaching practices into the classroom.

Minimum Qualifications:
The position requires at least a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of prior-related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer applicants with knowledge in CHELLO assessment tool and GRTR.
