Develop and implement overall PMO process and ensure the alignment with Upstream leadership and overall enablers head
Establish and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
Ensure consistent implementation of PMO processes across all projects
Oversee the organization’s project and ensure the alignment with strategic priorities
Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively including ensuring no overlap projects with similar objectives within Upstream organization
Monitor projects performance and provide regular reports to senior management including addressing stakeholder concerns and resolve conflicts.
Together with each enabler head, to manage project risks and issues. Including escalation and recommendation
Lead and mentor PMO analyst while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Recommend and develop necessary PMO tools to support effective project management governance and standards
