Job Title: Business Consultant III

Job Summary:
The Business Consultant III plays a critical role in driving successful business outcomes by supporting process analysis, solution design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise applications. This role involves close collaboration with customers to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications that align with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and system requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements
• Design and propose effective solutions that meet customer needs and align with organizational goals
• Support the implementation and configuration of business applications
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure solutions continue to meet business expectations
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients
• Familiarity with enterprise software and implementation methodologies

Preferred Skills:

• Project management or Agile methodology knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
