$96,498.00 - $135,094.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:FT (40) days
Nurse Manager to manage White Spruce Nephrology outpatient clinic, overseeing clinical staff while ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing clinic operations, coordinating patient care with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, leading quality improvement initiatives, and engaging in community outreach. The Nurse Manager will also supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, while fostering collaboration with regional clinic sites. Five years of clinical nursing experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, with strong leadership, communication, and EHR skills, preferably with experience in nephrology or dialysis. Master’s degree required within 5 years.
