POSITION SUMMARY:

The Administrator, Learning Academy is to provide administrative and coordination support for the training function, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication and proper maintenance of training resources and records.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all administrative functions of the Learning Academy, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Coordinate enrollment processes, including verification of details, confirmation, and recording.
  • Coordinate and assist with onboarding process for new joins such as coordination with HR / Training Team on first day of arrangement, facilitation of property tours, etc.
  • Schedule and confirm training sessions, workshops and events with both internal and external trainers.
  • Set-up training venues prior to sessions, including arranging seatings, audio-visual equipment, materials and supplies.
  • Maintain and monitor training facilities, equipments, inventory and supplies.
  • Serve as liaison between trainers, trainees and management to facilitate clear communication on scheduling and logistical arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, attendance and certificates, as required.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of training attendance, participants progress and feedbacks
  • Assist with preparing training calendars, reports and documents as required by management
  • Coordinate logistical support for internal and external trainers when needed
  • Support on cross-organizational events and projects, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • At least 1 year of industry experience in related fields (OR)
  • Fresh graduate with tertiary qualification of related disciplines

Education

  • Tertiary qualifications in business administration/ hospitality management/ HR/ communications or related discipline is preferred
  • Certificate holder in Training-related is an advantage

Skills / Competencies

  • Good command of English (both spoken and written) with spoken and/or written Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
