Responsibilities

 

Schedule: (4 day work week) Wednesday - Friday 4:00 PM-4:00am & Saturday 4:00pm-10:00pm

 

Position Responsibilities:  

• A Transportation Specialist supports daily transportation operations including planning, scheduling manpower, equipment and all clerical duties

• As a Transportation Specialist, you will oversee driver activities including routing, check-ins, and the monitoring, compliance, and performance of driver hours of service

• You will utilize software programs for route planning and conducting audits

• You may assist with dispatching routes and professionally interact with customers to resolve any concerns

• You will assist with Bun Backhauls

• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:  

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 0 to 1 plus years of planning experience 

Preferred Education and Experience:  

• Bachelor’s Degree
