Position Responsibilities: 

• The Operations Analyst collaborates with Market Unit teams, the Reyes Holdings (RH) Analytics team and the Business Intelligence (BI) team to monitor and drive operational improvement to in- outlet orders.

• Collaborate with Market Unit teams to provide support to daily predictive orders

• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, reporting, and transparency

• Develop and execute use of template operational dashboards and reports

• Support process improvement projects of significant scope and ad-hoc performance analysis as needed

• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma and 6 plus years of specific experience
