Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth communication between global IT and local business teams
• Support stable IT service operations, including change and incident management
• Assist business teams during OQ, PQ, and UAT testing phases
• Facilitate fit-gap workshops and propose solutions with effort estimates
• Ensure proper response to audit and information security assessments
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to meet business needs for PCs, servers, and networks

Essential Requirements

• No specific educational background required
• Fluent communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or factory IT operations
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Experience working in a global matrix organization
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

• グローバルITとローカルビジネス間の円滑なコミュニケーションを確保する
• ITサービスの安定運用を支援し、変更・インシデント管理を推進する
• OQ、PQ、UATなどの検証・テストフェーズでビジネスをサポートする
• フィットギャップ分析を通じてギャップ解決策を提案し、工数を見積もる
• 監査や情報セキュリティ評価への対応を確実に実施する
• ITインフラ要件を満たすためにインフラチームと連携する

Essential Requirements

• 学歴不問
• 日本語および英語での流暢なコミュニケーション能力
• 製薬または工場IT分野での5年以上の実務経験
• GMP（適正製造基準）に関する知識を有すること
• グローバルなマトリックス組織での就業経験
• 多様なステークホルダーとの連携経験と調整力
