Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Execution & Program Delivery

  • Translate strategic transformation priorities into actionable and trackable initiatives.

  • Lead end-to-end program execution including planning, structuring, and delivering transformation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams and subsidiaries.

  • Support the Head of Transformation in formulating and executing value-creation strategies aimed at revenue growth, operational excellence, and increased profitability.

2. Transformation Project Management

  • Manage the overall transformation portfolio and coordinate with initiative owners to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

  • Conduct regular project health checks, risk assessments, and progress reviews with workstream leads and initiative owners.

  • Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively resolve or escalate issues to senior leadership.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for transformation initiatives.

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality progress reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership.

  • Support initiative owners in quantifying financial and operational impact of key projects.

4. Cross-functional Engagement & Change Management

  • Foster collaboration across departments and subsidiaries to ensure alignment and commitment to transformation goals.

  • Act as a liaison between business units and the Transformation office, ensuring consistent communication and problem resolution.

  • Engage with Strategic Communications to support change management strategies and organization-wide communications.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with initiative leaders, subject matter experts, and relevant stakeholders to ensure initiative success.

  • Build strong relationships across business functions to gain buy-in and maintain momentum of transformation programs.

6. Continuous Improvement & Future Readiness

  • Analyze internal data, industry benchmarks, and feedback to identify areas for process improvement and transformation opportunities.

  • Drive adoption of digital tools and innovative solutions to optimize operational and customer-facing processes.

  • Assist in building a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
