Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present the company’s services and tailor solutions to meet client needs.

Market Research and Lead Generation:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients for follow-ups and engagement.

Proposal and Contract Preparation:

  • Assist in preparing detailed proposals, tenders, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to negotiate terms and close deals.
  • Ensure all client requirements are documented and communicated effectively to the operations team.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets as set by the Business Development Manager.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to management on progress.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the operations, finance, and procurement teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the marketing team in promotional campaigns and initiatives.

Client Support and Follow-Up:

  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Follow up with clients’ post-service to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and client engagement for management review.

Brand Representation:

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote services.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, projecting a professional and positive image of the company.
