Responsible for achieving overall sales & marketing function and activities of the development projects with the aim of achieving the Company’s sales targets.

Responsible for the overall sales and marketing functions and activities of development projects to achieve the Company’s sales targets.

Research and develop marketing opportunities, sales plans, and marketing strategies.

Implement company policies, procedures, and property development requirements.

Recruit, train, coach, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and ensure smooth departmental operations.

Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns, monitor progress, and evaluate their effectiveness.

Conduct market research and trend analysis to ensure project competitiveness, accurate pricing, and effective marketing strategies, while building strong product differentiation through benchmarking.

Plan and execute digital marketing activities to generate online leads, while managing social media platforms.

Coordinate and implement marketing activities including events, public relations, and advertising.

Ensure sales data and reports are updated accurately and on time.
